Very disappointed in the lack of 'crowd control' during my brother's service. Another service was taking place at the same time and they had all entrances blocked off outside and inside to such that my daughter was unable to navigate to the location of our service. She drove from a long distance to attend and ended up having to drive back home and miss the service and luncheon afterwards. Seemingly, the staff were more interested in holding up in their office, leaving attendees to find their own way through a sea of people. Failed miserably at customer service!
I gave 2 stars for the sanctuary room.
