    They provide overpriced properties and “under the table” deals. There is no any control of what they doing. So called “non profit Abode” so successful on offense against a federal government. If say just “corruption “- says nothing. Abode is raking hairy paw in pocket of USA taxpayers. I collect all data about them to our Senate representative. Hope it will became topic on next Senate of California hearings. Pls., send me everything about Abodes fraudulent crimes. Special note about Noelia Vazquez. Once she trying to rent us a property for 2400$, it’s a basement at 148 Bryne street, Daly City, 240 ft2 in size, inlaw.. Real market price of this “living storage” is just 1200$. It means semi moronic Noelia intend to put another 1200$ directly in her own wallet. When we reveal this case on publicity, she even deleted all her social networks profiles, including Linkedin. I like to meet her in court and will calm down, when see her under bars with her Support Group all together.
    Today I read that “HUD secretary says a homeless person costs taxpayers $40,000 a year”.
    By fact, it means no “homeless person costs”, but most part of this huge amount is salaries for overblown staff of CalWORKs contractors, non-profit “Abode services”.
    We spent a lot of time useless with them and in my very deep opinion, they do everything to do nothing. Driving, eating, sometimes i saw them chatting in Facebook, pretending that making important questions for me. All the same questions/suggestions/wonders, advices. But they never answer the question, they never explain which rule or document regulate what they do/say. This document named “Abode Policy and Procedures”, and they kept it in a very big secret.But we found it later, and found that Abode have nothing. They have no any own money or funds- what they do is use money of Federal and State government.
    Many times, Rebekah Dennison says she sent my paperwork to CAPI or SSI administration, it takes a few times to meet, but this task never was completed.

    All their programs (page 36 Abode rules) named “Federally assisted housing programs”
    provide permanent housing, and it never achieved because of these reasons:
    1. They push clients to rent overpriced properties, because they share profit with landlords, who get not fit for open market low quality houses.
    This site must be equal or below market rate, that’s the rule!!! It’s never obeyed rule, moreover, as example, they rent for section 8 program units in Colma for 3000$ instead of 1800$ for non-program tenants.
    But in a program, they place us on, they demand us to pay after the 4th month, and we will overpay this 30, then 50 and 70%., then they like we pay full, and here is their trick.
    Normal market price in a unit they force us to accept is only about 1800$, and they want we pay 2500$/ month. They trying to do one trick, but my wife got it and show right in the lease.
    Its why I think they hide a lease from us and gave only after we says we go to police.
    Abode statistical report shows that 15 % of a families pay rent after one year of subsidized payments is over . This statistic is pumping in a fraudulent way.
    Everyone repeats it so many times that we assume one year as a fact. Then we get a lease to sign. Abode says this is one year lease. We take a look at the dates more carefully and Alena noticed that lease for 13 months. They trying to do it on purpose. They hope we cannot afford this last 13th month, and they will keep deposit. I cannot prove it right now, but I am sure, their conspiracy about 13th month with landlord is making us sign those lease with not noticed 13th month, and then we will be not ready and lost deposit!! Say verbally “exactly one year” and tricky push us to sign 13-month lease. But this way they get a chance to improve statistics, because if we pay, it means we are happy tenants and pay continuously after the program end. (because we will try to rush for a deposit, as they expected, and sell home staff, motorcycle and so on.)
