Fremont Day Spa at 39374 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, California.

Dingy, unprofessional looking spot. My first impression soon as i walked in - “you call this a SPA?” I had a Groupon, so figured I’d give it a shot. They really need to clean up (esp the bathroom), redecorate the whole place & add more bright lighting. The same lady who was at the reception did my facial, both times. I didn’t see anyone else around. She did an ‘okay’ job - I wasn’t impressed, but it wasn’t bad either. 3rd visit - a different lady was at the front desk, she couldn’t find me in their system. She saw I had an appt but kept trying to find my name somewhere else. Wasted 15 mins right there.. Finally got into a room, waited another 20 before anyone even showed up. I noticed a lack of consistency in their service too, because this time they didn’t do the “extraction” part of the facial, which is standard. Since she’d made me pre-pay, plus I didn’t have any cash, I forgot to tip. So after I left, the reception lady came running after me and asked how it was. I said good but mentioned the extraction. She pretty much ignored that question, and instead stuck an envelope in front of me and said we have a tip suggestion. I couldn’t believe she literally ran after me with a cash envelope lmao...
4/10 for the service and 3/10 for the environment/ambiance/overall experience.
All in all, I would NOT recommend.
