United States Postal Service at 37010 Dusterberry Way, Fremont, California.

They've lost or misplaced a few deliveries of ours. The latest was our license plates for our new vehicle. We tracked the package and it said it arrived at the dusterberry office May 13, 2017. The package has yet to be delivered to our house. I went to the post office twice and had them try and located the package. All I was told is "sorry we can not find them. The tracking # says the package is here but we just can't find it."

It has now been 9 days since the package says it arrived in Fremont. This particular office is extremely unorganized.

1) Terrible C/S. The staff has no desire or incentive apparently, to be helpful and the bad attitudes throughout tell me the management simply doesn't care. The older Chinese woman is the WORST! Avoid her at all costs, if you can. You will only see her smile if she's ruining someone's day!
2) They have over-charged me a few times, so I try to buy my shipping labels on-line whenever possible.
3) They've broken/damaged the contents of my packages as well.
